This is by far the quickest way to get a hold of our support team. If you are experiencing downtime, data loss, or any major event, it’s probably best to call us.
For non-urgent issues or requests, send an email to [email protected]. The email goes to our entire team so that you don’t have to wait on any one engineer. We will reply to your request within one hour and then continue to communicate with you as we progress. If you want to include when you need something to be completed, let us know in the email.
Internally, we use a web based ticketing system to track every support request and history. You can create a ticket by filling out the form with your problem or request and the entire team will get notified. You will need to create a login if you don’t already have one, but the process is pretty simple. The benefit is that you also now have online access to all your tickets so you can see your history or check in on status or add feedback.
